8-12GHz, 6W, 40dB Gain, GaN MMIC Power Amplifier in a low-cost package
Description
Part of the HEAVISIDE product portfolio, the HPXB6Q is a high-performance, multi-stage power amplifier (PA) for use in radar, satcom systems and point-to-point radio implementations. The amplifier offers 6 Watts of RF power over a bandwidth of 8-12GHz. The GaN MMIC is housed in a 4 mm x 5 mm QFN package, offering high gain and superior efficiency in a small footprint package suitable for use in a 50Ω environment without external matching elements.
