Description

Part of the HEAVISIDE product portfolio, the HPCB5Q is a high-performance, multi-stage power amplifier (PA) for use as a pre-driver in C-band radars and satcom systems.

The HPCB5Q offers >5 Watts of RF power over a 1.5 GHz bandwidth (> 50% relative bandwidth). The GaN MMIC is housed in a 4x5 mm QFN package, offering high gain and superior efficiency in a small footprint package suitable for use in a 50Ω environment without external matching elements.
